Home 9 Projects 9 AL ID Range Manager 9 New versions of ALRM for VSCode has been released

I have just released a new version of my main, publicly available project, ALRM extensions for VS Code. The latest versions of both extensions (VS Code & Business Central) are available for download on my GitHub and also directly in VS Code marketplace for free for any developers in AL Language.

In this update, there are two major improvements:

Choose Snippets (AL defaul snippets / Waldo’s Snippets)

You can choose which snippets will be used for the “ALRM: New Object” command. By default, the standard Microsoft’s Snippets are used. However, if you have Waldo’s snippets installed, you can choose to use them instead of the standard one.

To change this setting go “File” -> “Preferences” -> “Settings” -> search for “ALRM Snippets”.

Support for more snippets for the same object type
